Even though organic way of farming is part of sustainable agriculture by the definition, there are a few more things we did and are doing consciously to enhance the impact:

• Classic planting scheme (10 x 10 and 8 x10 meters) refusing from the intensive farming techniques – we want the trees to live their full-fledged lives without the exhaustion;
• No irrigation – we use tillage techniques like chiseling to save the rain water underground.
